The multi-tasking gel-cream has a rich, bouncy texture and it is specially formulated to give one-step care to older skin. It is medicated with niacinamide and anti-inflammatory dipotassium glycyrrhizate to improve fine lines and wrinkles while preventing dark spots. 3 types of hyaluronic acid penetrate into the layers of the skin to ensure deeper hydration for firmer, more youthful-looking skin.

Wow! I haven’t encountered too many Japanese beauty products with Niacinamide (perhaps I’m not looking well enough). I know it’s irritating to some, but it works wonders on my skin. I’m surprised it isn’t marketed more heavily in Japan due to its brightening properties. Here in the US, there is Niacinamide overload!
In Japan, Niacinamide is mostly marketed for its purported ability to improve fine lines/wrinkles. It’s a seldomly used ingredient.
The niacinamide and licorice root aren’t in the ingredient list, or am I totally missing something here?
Niacinamide is there. Do look again! This does not contain licorice root. Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate (again, it’s there!) is derived from it but it’s NOT the same thing. They’re 2 entirely separate cosmetic ingredients — they aren’t interchangeable names.
