Quasi-Drug (医薬部外品) SENKA Perfect Essence Silky White Fresh is a Japanese lotion for bright, silky skin.

The watery lotion is medicated with Shiseido-developed m-tranexamic acid to help treat and prevent dark spots and brighten skin tone. Its refreshing, water-light formula features a blend of natural “Silk Essence” (sericin and hydrolyzed silk) and Double Hyaluronic Acid (sodium acetyl hyaluronate and sodium hyaluronate) to replenish and maintain the skin’s moisture barrier.

Skin is brighter with improved clarity, silky smooth, and refreshed without feeling sticky.
