Quasi-Drug (医薬部外品) Meishoku’s Bigansui Medicated Skin Lotion is a Japanese watery lotion for oily, acne-prone skin.

Since its release in 1885, the toner has gain reputation among high school students for effectiveness in treating acne. It is medicated with exfoliating salicylic acid and anti-bacterial Homosulfamine to keep pores clean, promote new cell turnover, control sebum production, and killing acne-causing bacteria.

Hello! First of all, thank you very much for sharing these informations. I wonder if you could help me out with this? I bought a bottle of Bigansui through eBay, tested it and loved everything about it (especially its herbaceous scent). Recently, I bought the men’s version of Bigansui because that’s the only one available in the local web shop.
