Quasi-Drug (医薬部外品) Hadabisei Turning Care Brightening Facial Lotion is a brightening Japanese watery lotion with oriental herbs for transitional skin.
The hydrating toner is medicated with tranexamic acid and dipotassium glycyrrhizate to treat and prevent sunspots. Turning Care series’ signature “Oriental Floral Ceramide” (yuzu, rice bran, and peony extracts) and “Oriental Floral Balance Serum” (pearl, Job’s-tears, soybean, and silk extracts) support optimal oil-water balance and boost skin’s clarity.
Skin feels supple and balanced. Complexion looks brighter and more evenly toned. Ideally suited for women in their 30s.
