Biyougeneki Premium Super Moist Skin Lotion AP is a Japanese watery lotion for dull, discoloured skin.
The hydrating toner uses Biyougeneki’s proprietary “double nano” formula featuring a premium blend of placenta and arbutin that is 5 times more concentrated than Biyougeneki’s regular lotion to treat excess pigmentation. Fullerenes and nanocapsules containing cerebrosides, squalane, sodium hyaluronate, and vitamin C derivative penetrate into deeper layers of the skin for long-lasting moisture retention.
