Quasi-Drug (医薬部外品) AQUALABEL Balance Care Milk is a Japanese moisturiser milk for dry, rough, problem-prone skin.
The moisturising fluid is newly upgraded to better boost the skin’s clarity and moisture level than the previous version. It combines newly developed “Charged Amino Acids WH¹” with a medicated blend of Tranexamic Acid and dipotassium glycyrrhizate to target excess pigmentation and reduce inflammation and roughness while helping to improve the skin’s resilience. Raspberry extract and dipeptide-15 refine skin texture. Double hyaluronic acid and collagen replenish skin.
It deeply replenishes moisture and seals in it to leave the skin bouncy and plumped with moisture.
