SUGAO Snow Whip Cream is an illuminating Japanese makeup base.
The makeup base features a fluffy, whipped cream-like texture with light-diffusing “Snow White Pearl” particles to illuminate and brighten skin tone while creating a soft-focus effect to blur pores and rough skin texture.
The air-light cream smoothes skin texture and instantly boosts its clarity for an ideal natural, no-makeup effect. Skin feels breathable and smooth and naturally looks one shade brighter.
