Skincare Snapshot, November 2018

You’d think that after a few months of posting these, I would have thought of a more clever title — but it’s all pretty self-explanatory. It’s a snapshot of all the skincare products that I used the day before yesterday, just for a bit of fun. (And what great fun this is! Right? Woooo!)

You’ll see some old favourites and a couple of new things — I’ve linked to existing reviews for the products that I’ve mentioned before.

Cow Brand Mutenka Moisturising Facial Foam

Barrier Repair Primal Booster

The Ordinary Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2%: Some people don’t like its oil texture (the propanediol-based, anhydrous formula is oil-free), but I get on very well with it.

SEED Radar Whitening Milk: Really like its straight-forward formula and feel. It’s powerful at moisturising and soothing but so, so lightweight. (SEED Radar is a classic Japanese plastic eraser brand.)

SKIN AQUA Tone Up UV Essence SPF50+ PA++++

NUXE Rêve de Miel Ultra-Nourishing Lip Balm: Best non-sticky lipbalm that makes a brilliant base for lipstains and lipsticks.

Dr.Ci:Labo VC100 Hot Peel Cleansing Gel

MUAC (Makeup Artist’s Choice) Mandelic Acid Toner: I swipe it with a cotton pad to gently exfoliate and unclog skin.

Barrier Repair Primal Booster

Sidmool Saccharo Ferment Sparkle First Ampoule

Radar SEED Whitening Milk

Mavala Doube-Lash: Think of this as a conditioning treatment but for your eyelashes.
