These were all the skincare products that I’ve been using to placate my slightly winter-dry skin when I felt a pimple beginning to form. I added 2 supplementary skincare things as an emergency measure. It’s worth noting that I also used MUAC 8% Beta Hydroxy Serum as a leave-on spot treatment but I didn’t use it together with these products.
Regular readers will know most products pictured above already — I’ve linked to existing reviews for the products that I’ve written about before.

MUJI Mild Gel Cleansing: I think a lot of (non-Japanese) people have mistaken this for a face wash. Japanese cleansing gel is a type of makeup removers and it needs to be used with dry hands — just like cleansing oils and balms!
NIVEA Creme Care Facial Foam (Moist)
SEKKISEI Lotion Excellent Enriched
Paula’s Choice RESIST Pure Radiance Skin Brightening Treatment: This came free with my order over the summer. Nice ingredients but I honestly don’t think it does much beyond being mildly hydrating and soothing. It gives skin an instant brightening effect but that because it’s packed full of micro-shimmers.
AQUAMOIST Fermented Hyaluronic Acid Cream
Sidmool Goodspot Cream (spot treatment)
Sidmool Dr. Troub Skin Returning Zinc Cream (problem area only)
Mavala Doube-Lash: Think of this as a conditioning treatment but for your eyelashes.
