Do you think this sunscreen can be the same sunscreen that in some Asian countries is labelled as SPF 130?
Same in what way? The ones that are sold outside of Japan aren’t made in Japan. That’s a big difference already. If you mean the same as in identical product formulation (just different labels/names), then no because the Japanese version (this one) has been reformulated and repackaged a few times already whereas the SPF130 hasn’t changed for years. Ingredients aren’t the same. Protection-wise, yes it would be more or less the same since as you know already, sunscreens aren’t allowed to be labelled above SPF50 in Japan.
