Mentholatum Perfect Lip is a colour-changing Japanese lip balm with UV protection.

It contains UV protection and a blend of olive oil, jojoba oil, and 3 types of vitamins (A, C, and E) to protect, moisturise, and nourish lips.

The non-greasy, ultra-smooth lip balm is colourless and it changes to a pink or rose shade on the lips without feathering or bleeding.
