Quasi-Drug (医薬部外品) Meishoku’s Bigansui Medicated Skin Lotion is a Japanese watery lotion for oily, acne-prone skin.
Since its release in 1885, the toner has gained a reputation among high school students for its effectiveness in treating acne. It is medicated with exfoliating salicylic acid and anti-bacterial Homosulfamine to keep pores clean, promote new cell turnover, control sebum production, and kill acne-causing bacteria.
