MANUKARA Retinol Cream is a Japanese eye cream with manuka honey and retinol.

Not sure if this is relevant to your site, but do you have any recs for Japanese coloured contacts or circle lens brands?
Also, are cosmetic-use contacts stringently regulated? (I think many places in the world only regulate contacts for eyesight, not the ones for cosmetic use.)
As of 2009, non-corrective coloured contacts are regulated the same way as corrective contacts in Japan. They’re classified as medical devices not beauty goods and are strictly controlled. It’s against the law to sell them without a medical license.
That’s great to know. I’ll try to buy exclusively from Japan then.
Do you have suggestions for good, natural-looking ones? Some can look too doll-like and fake.
Topards, N’s Collection, and Chu’s Me 1day are quite popular coloured contact lens brands in Japan but I’ve never tried them.
