Can you comment on the efficacy of oil based vitamin C when it comes to brightening and diminishing hyperpigmentation? Do you find that oil and silicone based versions to be just as effective on your skin as the water based ones? I don’t get any stinging or stickiness on my current water based serum, so I’m wonder if there are any benefits in trying out an oil version. Thanks in advanced.
