This gentle moisture-replenishing toner is specially formulated for dry, sensitive skin with rough skin texture. Its “Triple Ceramide Care” blend of ceramide polymer, concentrated fermented sugarcane, and cholesterol repair, protect, and replenish the skin’s moisture barrier. A botanical medicinal blend of peach and perilla leaves helps calm and reduce skin roughness.
It gently softens and replenishes weakened skin barrier to visibly improve rough skin texture.
