Quasi-Drug (医薬部外品) Hadabisei Turning Care Brightening Facial Emulsion is a brightening Japanese moisturiser milk with oriental herbs for transitional skin.
The moisturiser fluid is medicated with tranexamic acid and dipotassium glycyrrhizate to treat and prevent sunspots. Turning Care series’ signature “Oriental Floral Ceramide” (yuzu, rice bran, and peony extracts) and “Oriental Floral Balance Serum” (pearl, Job’s-tears, soybean, and silk extracts) support optimal oil-water balance and boost skin’s clarity.
It nourishes dry, hydrated skin and locks in the moisture to keep skin bright and balanced. Ideally suited for women in their 30s.
