Sengan Senka (“face wash specialist”) is a FT Shiseido’s Japanese drugstore facial cleansing line (all products are 1,000 Yen or less) for budget-conscious women. Senka is marketed as a mid-range line outside of Japan.
Sengan SENKA Perfect Milk is a Japanese cleansing milk with an ultra-creamy lather that keep skin moisturised.
The cleansing milk turns into a rich, ultra-dense foam that does double duty as a makeup remover and facial cleanser. The silky foam lifts excess sebum, makeup, and impurities from the skin and pores without causing damage or dryness, leaving skin feeling clean and soft. Gentle green floral scent.
