DESCRIPTION

ROSETTE Hello Kitty Treatment Lip is a multi-functional Japanese lip balm.

It has the function of a lip balm, moisturising lip gloss, and lipstick primer in one tube. It is formulated with shea butter, chamomile extract, and apple extract to moisturize and prevent dry, chapped lips. In addition, it features Matrixyl to stimulate collagen production for plumper lips. It moisturizes and protects lips against UV rays, while giving them a smooth, glossy shine.
