Cotton Labo Vitamin C Cotton is a pack of Japanese cotton pads infused with vitamin C.
The cotton pads are infused with powdered vitamin C derivatives centre sandwiched between two layers of 100% Japanese cotton, creating an ultra-soft but durable cushion-y structure. Simply dampen the cotton pad with a watery lotion to activate and use as normal to help boost skin’s clarity and brightness.
