This was one of those Japanese makeup oddities that I find so intriguing that I had to give it try even though I really should have known better.
The idea of this product is that it is a makeup “topcoat” sort of like hairspray or nail polish topcoat. You spray it on over freshly applied finished makeup and it instantly makes your makeup water, sweat, and transfer-resistant for up to 8 hours even in hot humid weather.
I dunno what to say about this product……………. it left a burning sensation on my skin (and I have pretty tough skin!) and it irritated my eyes like crazy. It also made the makeup look very splotchy which sort of defeated the whole point of using it. It was supposed to have a citrus scent but this smelled pretty unpleasant to me. As far as making makeup water and sweat resistant, it wasn’t very effective either. I sprayed some on the back of my hand and wet it to compare with my my bare skin, there was little to no difference.
