Quasi-Drug (医薬部外品) Kiss Mat Chiffon UV Whitening Base N is a mattifying Japanese makeup base that helps whiten skin. It replaces Kiss Mat Chiffon UV Whitening Base released in 2007.
The makeup base helps fade acne marks and dark spots by suppressing excess melanin production. It also increases the skin’s moisture level while absorbing excess sebum to prevent makeup from deteriorating during the day.
Its lightweight formula feels like soft chiffon on the skin, and it hides visible pores and corrects uneven skin texture while preventing unwanted shine for silky soft matte skin.
