Obagi Active Base UV Emulsion is an anti-ageing Japanese sunscreen milk that brightens skin tone.
The moisturising sunscreen milk features Rohto’s proprietary “Bright Change Powder”, which emits a colour-correcting blue glow when exposed to UV rays to brighten sallow skin. It also gives skin a soft-focus effect to hide pores and minimise imperfections.
The sunscreen also features the newly added PA++++ rating with Rohto’s patent-pending micro-encapsulation technology that allows UV filters to protect skin but without penetrating into it, giving skin better and safer protection against skin-ageing UVA rays.
