Quasi-Drug (医薬部外品) Namerakahonpo Whitening Moisture Face Lotion (also known as Namerakahonpo Moisture Face Lotion B) is a Japanese watery lotion with Soy Insoflavanones to brighten and moisturise dry skin.

The hydrating toner prevents dark spots using arbutin and it features non-GMO Soy Isoflavones in a “nano-penetrating formula” to deeply moisturise dry skin without stickiness. Skin appears firmer, brighter and more refined.
