Quasi-Drug (医薬部外品) Hyalocharge Medicated White Essence is a Japanese beauty serum with a 4-step mechanism to whiten skin.
The prune extract softens then the job’s tears extract moisturises skin. Hyaluronic acid deeply penetrates the skin to enhance the effectiveness of vitamin C which inhibits excess melanin production. The whitening serum features a hyaluronic acid base with a concentrated dose of whitening ingredients to deeply moisturise skin while fading and preventing dark spots.
The serum has been upgraded in 2012 to feature a moisture-rich, deep-penetrating formulation to better treat and prevent dark spots.
2012 version contains 50ml.
