Quasi-Drug (医薬部外品) Hadabisei Brightening & Wrinkle Care Facial Emulsion is an anti-ageing Japanese moisturiser milk for dry skin.
The moisturising milk uses vitamin C derivative and green tea catechins to fade and prevent dark spots; hyaluronic acid to hydrate skin; and retinol derivative to treat early signs of skin ageing including fine lines and dryness. It also features Neosolue- Aqulio™ to promote penetration of the key ingredients.
It penetrates deeply and quickly for smooth, supple skin.
