Hada-Labo Kiwamizu Rose Lotion is an anti-shine Japanese watery lotion with natural rose water.

The balancing toner features Bulgarian rose water to soothe and refresh skin. It has a water-light, non-sticky, formula with a proprietary blend of 6 minerals and 2 amino acids to balance skin’s oil production and hydrate skin.

It keeps normal to combination skin hydrated and silky smooth. Its large size makes it economical for use on the face and body, and as a lotion pack.
