Shiseido Fullmake Washable Base is a drugstore Japanese makeup base for face and lips that makes any makeup applied over washable using only warm water.
The makeup base features newly developed proprietary’s “Veil Action Polymer” that forms a water-soluble, flexible film over the skin to make makeup sebum and transfer-resistant yet can loosen and flake away when splashed with warm water, eliminating the need to a separate makeup remover.
It “contains brightening powder and smoothing powder” to “lightly evens out the skin to deliver a flawless cosmetic finish”, while helping makeup adhere better to skin and last longer.

Take 2-pearls sized amount and distribute evenly to each cheek, the upper eyelids, forehead, nose, and chin, while avoiding contact with eyelashes — ensure a smooth, even coating on face. Apply makeup as usual. To remove, gently massage face using palms under warm (40°C) water until makeup is removed. Follow with facial cleanser. For best result, remove in the shower.
Note: it cannot remove mascara, eyebrow mascara, water/sweat/sebum-resistant makeup, or long-wearing makeup.
