Hahagiku Mizu-Oshiroi (or Hahagiku Water Face Powder) is an additive-free Japanese liquid foundation.
The additive-free formula is completely free of surfactants, emulsifiers, oils, fragrance, and chemical filters, making it gentle enough even for the most sensitive skin. Its chamomile watery lotion base leaves the skin feeling refreshingly light and comfortable. It covers pores and acne while having a natural skin-like finish.
Mizu-oshiroi (“water face powder”) is a type of Japanese liquid foundation that contains loose powder pigments in a Japanese watery lotion base (generally 1:2 ratio).

The foundation is naturally separated when settled. Shake well before use. Smooth 2–3 drops over skin using your hands, starting from your cheeks and blending outwards. If streaking or unevenness occurs, use a liquid foundation sponge to blend. You can also pour a small amount onto a makeup sponge and use it to apply.
