Kanebo’s ALLIE Mineral UV-Cut Powder is a Japanese powder sunscreen that sets makeup while protecting against UV.

The loose powder utilizes ADVAN UV-Barrier technology to better protect against skin-damaging UVA and it has a natural beige tint to prevent unsightly white residue. It absorbs excess sebum to extend the wear of makeup and give skin a smooth finish. The powder can be reapplied anytime to boost UV protection and retouch makeup.

Do you know if the zinc and Ti oxide in this are nano particles?

This information is not disclosed to consumers but from what I’ve gathered through reading various Japanese articles on nanoparticles, Kao, Kanebo, Rohto, and Shiseido all use nano-sized ZnO and TiO2 in their sunscreens.
